Hi, you can use the windows xp driver from here:

As long its 32 bit system you are running.
The driver does not exist for windows vista.

You maybe have to find the name for the
wireless adapter in the device manager.

Select network and download the driver.

This link has the audio driver and installation instructions for what you provided.There's usually a Service Tag on dell systems,an alpha-numeric code about 8 characters long on the sticker that has your windows product key.If you can give me that I'll know for sure.
In the mean time, the link is the only driver that came up for audio with your machine and operating system(XP).

I can see how vista would screw up drivers through automatic updates. You could not be the 1st.
There are driver cleaners out there.

Make sure you know what chipset you have, probably AC97 and use the driver cleaner to remove it.
Reboot and install the driver from dells web site.

Get a detail list of each bit of harware and search the hardware manucfacture site of each driver EG your sound card is proberly STAC 92XX C-Major HD Audio and go to the google and you will xp driver http://ftp.us.dell.com/audio/R114282.EXE
