If the program selector knob keeps turning, the machine needs to be reset.
Wait a few minutes for the drain pump to empty the tub, switch the washer-dryer OFF. Select one
of the Reset positions on the knob, then switch it back ON.

Check the drain pump. There may be a coin, hairclip , button etc stuck in the blades of the pump. If the machine cant pump out, it wont go through the cycle.

If it doesn't go from the wash to the dry, check to make sure that both the washer and the dryer are set before the start of the cycle. It also could be blowing a fuse.

Sounds as if the drain pump is not ejecting the water fast enough. Did you notice of the washer is draining more slowly than usual or at all?

This is a onboard diagnostic system. As soon as the knob starts going in circles start counting the red light blinks. Then call Splendide. Let them know what is happening. When they ask tell them the number of light blinks that occurred and they can tell you what the error code is.

This means that the washer has found something wrong and it is going to a diagnostic mode. When the knob starts going around, immediately begin counting how many times the red light blinks. Call Splendide and they can diagnose the error from the number of blinks you counted. I would recreate the problem more than once so you know that you counted right.

I have exactly the same issue. The door normally locks, but doesn't do anything on wash.

sounds like your washer went mellow on you(doesn't get agitated, right)?

The cycle knob rotating means the machine is in self diagnostics mode. You need to count the flashes that the led is giving, they are in 1 second intervals then repeats after a 5 second pause. Mine had 13 flashes and after contacting Splendide they say it was either a broken wire or a bad ETC sensor. With the help of a Ohm meter it turned out to be a broken wire. Mine is a 2100 vented by the way.
