Here is a picture of it. It took me about 4 minutes to put the new one in.

If you take your time and work the brass rivets out of the motor, and open the motor you will find a small motor and a gearbox. I just used oil like 3 in 1 oil and oiled the gearbox and mine works again. when you put it back together just use the screws that hold the motor in place to hold it together again. throw the rivets away.

Pyromaster HEF 33 Electric Fireplace. I need the power cord for it please.

Question edited for a lot more clarity.
Question moved from Televisions category.

Try the maker CFM Harris System Inc

Or places that do spares.

If not, it is just a heavy duty power cord with a molded plug that you can get from Home Depot. It must be good for 1,500 watts.

This is what the old one was like

https://www.justfireplaceparts.com/monessen-10003095-cord-power-16-3-hpn-w-terminal.html

You could get this one and cut the socket off the end, good for 1,850 watts.

Need to know where can i find part for pyromaster flame knob the setting will not lhe flame work replaced motor.

Hello, Susan -

You have not stated the model number of your Pyromaster electric fireplace, therefore it is a challenge to locate the exact replacement knob you need.

Perhaps you will find your model listed here:

Best wishes.

Where can i get a motor 12dcflame generator and where can i find a circuit board-flame speed control? furthermore, does pyromaster have a parts department and what is the head office address and phone...

I got the very same number 10001978 from ibuyfireplaceparts.com with no problem and got it within a couple of days of placing my order. The sales rep said they have plenty of fireplace parts for Vermont Castings, Majestic, Napoleon, Monessen and many more. The rep I spoke with was extremely helpful and I tried about five other companies before I stumbled across them. I would recommend this store highly.

Flame on my electric Pyromaster is standing still is there a bulb

basically, on the bottom of the fireplace, there are 2 screws on the sides, 3 on the back, take them off, lift bottom (it wont come off, so be careful not to bend it) there are 3 christmas light type bulbs, you can find them at any hardware store. Just replace them. Problem solved.

If the flame is standing still, i assume the motor is burnt out. or the belt is off.
