sounds like a blown fuse or broken wire
cut back the wire by 6 inch and rewire plug replace with 13 amp good fuse

check to see if filters are clean if so see if recirculation pump is working if so check heater fuses if blown probably bad heater element

It should normally use 13 amp fuses. The blowing of the fuses could be caused by a short somewhere either in the plug top or somewhere else along the circuit.
