A phone that only rings part time sounds like a system clock or time mode issue. What mode is yours in? The attendant console (ext 101) can control the time, or system programming can control the mode that the switch is in. Things like dialing 780,781,782, and 783 on the intercom will switch to Day/Night/Lunch/Break mode.

If you have access to installer programming, 101 and 102 control the method of switching and the time of day it does it.

I have panasonic kt tga 101s phones that goes to voice mail after just 3 rings . How do I expand it to 5 rings?

KX-TGA101S is an add-on handset for a Panasonic KX-TG1000 series cordless phone system. One of the models that is compatible with the handset is the KX-TG1032S. You can find the manual for the phone system on the product page here: https://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/KX-TG1032S.html . Assuming that you do not have voice mail from your telephone provider, you can change the number of rings from the Answering Device Settings Menu.

Start with the phone system in standby (no incoming or outgoing calls) mode. Press Menu and use the up/down keys to navigate to Answering Device. Press OK to enter the sub-menu. Navigate to Settings and press OK. Navigate to Ring Count and press OK. Use the up/down arrows to choose a new number of rings. Press OK to save and press Off to exit the menu system. Note: if the ring count is set to Toll Saver mode, the answering system will pick up on the second ring if there are new messages. It will pick up the incoming call on the fourth ring if there are no new messages.

See page 31 of the manual for the KX-TG1032 for this information. See page 23 for the way to navigate through the menu and a list of the menu tree items. The current link to the manual is ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg1031_en_om.pdf .

I hope this helps.

How do i increase no of rings before answer machine kicks in Kxtgea20

The KX-TGEA20 is the handset for one of several Panasonic cordless phone models, including the KX-TGE232. To change the number of rings before the answering system picks up, make sure that all of the handsets are in standby mode. Press Menu # 2 1 1 on a handset. Use the Up/Down arrows to select the desired number of rings (between 2 and 7 or toll saver). Then press the soft key for Save followed by pressing Off on the handset.

The manual for the KX-TGE232 is available on the product page: https://shop.panasonic.com/cordless-corded-telephones/cordless-telephones/KX-TGE232B.html . The current link to the manual is ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tge210_mul_om.pdf . See page 44 for these directions.

I hope this helps. These steps will not help if you have voice mail service from your telephone company.

I need an owner's manual for Panasonic Model KX-TG7641. I have been searching for apx. 3 hrs and cannot locate access. Thank you for your help.

Panasonic has the manual the KX-TG7641 series cordless phone system here: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg7622_mul_om.pdf . The manual covers several models. A quick guide is available here: https://panasonic.ca/viewing/ALL/KX-TG7622/OI/TG7622_PNQW2594ZA/TG7622_PNQW2594ZA.pdf . The documentation can be found from the Panasonic Consumer Telephone support page, https://panasoniccustomercommunity.force.com/default/s/telephone-model-page , if you enter KX-TG7641. Click on the Manuals section and select the KX-TG7641M link.

I hope this helps.

Manual for Panasonic KX-YG4021

Do you mean the KX-TG4021 cordless phone with answering system? I don't know of any Panasonic phones with the KX-YG model prefix.

If this is the correct model, you can find the manual on the product page: http://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/KX-TG4021N.html . The direct link to the manual is currently: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg4011_mul_om.pdf . Note: the manual covers several models. The N suffix indicates the country where the system is sold.

I hope this helps.

D816 phone system with new KX-td7895 cordless phone that we cannot get the phone system to recognize. I have been reading posts that say to disable the XDP feature (program 600) but I cannot find a menu or...

That model is either a system phone or a single line set. If you're going to use it as an SLT, then you can plug it into the XDP and enable the port in 600. 600 is a SYSTEM program accessed from the main phone and enabled per port.

If you operate in the multi-line mode, you need to wire this phone to its own port on your 816 system.

I use Panasonic Kx-T7730 as a propitiatory telephone. When someone calls from outside, All phones on the network ring. It had to ring only on the proprietary telephone.

The 7730 plugs into a Panasonic phone system. That system (KXTA, KXTD, KXT-something) has programming. Each system has a manual or set of manuals to program system ringing. Comment back or search the internet or your files for that manual and it can be reprogrammed.
