Randall, the high speed spin failure can be caused by a number of issues. I would suggest starting the machine without any clothes in it. Once it has filled, make sure the door lock light is on and that the door is, in fact, locked. If the light is not on, or if the door is not actually locked, either the door lock assembly or the control panel is at fault.

If the light is on and the door is locked, stop the wash cycle and start a drain and spin cycle to see if all of the water is pumped out of the drum. All water should be pumped out within 10-15 seconds. If excess water is in the drum, the high speed spin will not start.

I am getting an error it is as follows: finished, spin, and wash lights blinking plus 3 beeps. What does this mean?

Try restarting it, make sure the load isnt to heavy, if that does not help, call a local repair man.

The door is locked and the Finished/Spin and Wash Lights are all flashing alone with a beeping tone. This is in ALL wash modes except off.

my machine did that when stuck on spin cycie all i did was unpluged it for a few seconds and pluged it back in and it let me start all over again and open the door

What does F21 mean?

The "F21" error code indicates it takes too long for water to pump out of the tub. This can be caused by using too much High Efficiency detergent or using too much of the wrong kind of detergent. This error code can also be caused by debris clogging the drain pump. Is the error continues after you clean the filter, then you will need to replace the drain pump with this new one.

Machine only hums, will not spin, wash nor will the door open.

It sounds like the motor is spinning, but the drum is not spinning. This usually means the belt has broken, or come off of the pulley.
Not pumping out the water - if the washer cannot pump out the water, the washer will not be able to spin...check the pump for not pumping.
Door not locking - if the door will not lock, the washer will not enter a spin mode. See if the lock light is lite on the console.
Broken wires at one of the out off balance switches or a bad switch itself.
A fairly common trouble maker has been a burnt diode on the main control board.

Maytag's Neptune washer has a latch and lock on the door. If this lock fails to open when the cycle is finished. You can rescue your clothes by:

Remove the bezel from the soap/bleach/fabric softener dispenser.
Locate the red cord near the right front corner of the dispenser opening. Pull on this red cord. This will unlatch the door so you can rescue your laundry. Then call for service.

If motor is not gaining speed during spin check the capacitors.

is the door locked light lit did all the water drain out(plugged pump) will it turn in the wash cycle (no, belt broke or came off)

Hi, I have the same washing machine and it flashes UE on the error code during spin cycle when I have one thing in there, or if the clothes are uneven. I usually have to wait until the lock light goes out, re-arrange the clothes and continue spin cycle. If it is just one item in there, I usually have to manually wring it out as it will keep saying error if I keep trying to spin.

I just had this problem! To get the clothes out, open door manually (follow answers on other threads here about opening toe panel and gently pulling down on door release). But as it turned out, I didn't need to remove the clothes, and now my washer is working again.

A local repairman gave me this advice over the phone. Make sure dial is switched to off. Unplug your machine, then plug it back in. Hold down the rinse and delay buttons with one hand. With the other hand, switch the dial from off to cold or warm or whatever cycle you want. All the buttons flash a few times, then just the start button flashes. The second time I tried this, my washer worked afterwards. I've done several loads today with no problem.
