My straight talk phone wont let me receive or make

You can get the unlock code for Samsung sch-r451c (Samsung R451c) from OnlineGSMUnlock.com . There you have to give your Country and current network name along with your IMEI number to get the unlock code.

Follow these steps:
First, save the important files and data in your mobile
Second ,type this code on your mobile screen : *2767*3855# and wait until operation is finished.
Calls will be active after this.

What brand and model phone do you have? The company website for your phone should have a manual you can download to give you instructions.
It sounds like your phone is stuck on silent mode. My phone is a Samsung SCH-R451C. For my phone, to turn off silent mode, I had to press and hold the # key. It won't hurt to try. Let me know if that works.

I had this same issue. I turned my phone off and back on and it worked. But i also called straight talk. they had me to remove the battery. replace it. dial 22890 to program it. it now works.

This generally happens when your phone has been infected with a virus that has corrupted the firmware. You must get the firmware reinstalled from Samsung Service Center. They will remove the virus too.
And in future invest in a good anti virus SW. I am using Kaspersky mobile anti virus and am satisfied with it. It also has an anti theft and anti spam features.

The text msgs on your phone may be locked out you can change this by going to your phones security menu and unlocking the outgoing for text msgs.
