This sounds like you have a main control board issue unless you get any error codes

Indoor Fan motor mechanism locked. Check manually to rotate. If hard replace bearrings or motor. If easy, problem with PCB

1. May be your blower motor mechanism locked. Replace bearings or motor. 2. Indoor Pipe Sensor or Outdoor Sensor Assy fault, Open or Short. Disconnect from PCB and measure resistance. Air sensor = 10 kOhm at 25C, Pipe sensor = 5
kOhm at 25C. If not replace sensor.

Sounds like a common problem I have found with Samsung mini split unit. When powering on, does the internal blower attempt to start, then the unit stops and lights blink? If so, on the circuit card there is a 1.2uf or 1.5uf (CBB61) that probably has gone bad. I have replaced several of these. Good luck.
