RCA M4304 - WAV to MP3

thanks so much for your reply - I had downloaded an audio file converter to do that, but was hoping that the player had the option to record in the MP3 format so I could skip that step. But now I have another question....I had used one file converter program that was a trial one before I downloaded the freeware one - converted the same file with each one from WAV to MP3 - and then noticed there was a considerable difference in the size of the converted file! Its likely that there is a difference because the 2 programs used different quality settings in the conversion.
