Help me about my juke motor, it keep on running backward

when you say backwards is that the sewing direction or the motor direction
if it is the sewing direction then check that position lever
if it is the motor take it back and have it fixed properly

Is the machine running backwards, have you reversed the wiring on the motor.

Yes the wiring is backwards so the motor runs the opposite way.

Welcome to the world of industrial machines. As you are discovering they are not like a home machine. Typically these machines have either a clutch motor or if you are lucky a servo motor.

If you have a clutch motor there is typically a knob that allows you to slow it down. Or sometimes the pully needs to be replaced to "step down the speed"

A digital servo motor is a bit more complicated and you'll need to find some instruction on how to use it. But they can be easier to control. I've provided a video of the servo motor I have and recommend. (I sew heavy leather)

Unlikely it is the motor running backwards chances are there is a problem with the reverse mechanism which means a shop repair

It is unlikely the machine motor is running backwards it is more likely to be the reverse button or lever, have you checked it and if it is not picking up the thread have you cahnged the needle.

On the motor where the clutch is you will see thge large pin with a nut on it, as you press on the pedal the pin engages with the motor, if you loosen the nut and unscrew the pin bit by bit and try the machine you will get to a point where you will have absolute control on the speed.
