Hi...

1.You have a side key for adjusting the volume of voice when on call.
top key for increasing the volume and lower one for decreasing

2.you want the ringer volume to increase please follow the steps

1.open MENU
2.Go to profile
3.Go to personalise
4.there is a option called as ringer volume.
5.increase and decrease the volume in it.
6.Save the changes

on the side of your phone there should be two volume buttons, to make the sound higher, click the top button which will increase the sound of your phone.

what you have to do is to go the menu of the phone , scroll to settings, then click on the setting, then scroll to TONES, then click, scroll to ringing volume of the incoming alert to desire volume and save the settings.

Incoming volume ok but ringing out tone low

Hi,

This is because the ringing volume is set low.

Please follow the steps

Menu---->Settings--->profile--->select the profile which you are using--->personalise--->ringing volume.

Increase the volume by pressing right navigation key and save the changes.
