I have internet connection but unable to activate the bbm when clicked the Start bb Connection button

IVE GOT A BB CURVE MY BBM DOESNT OPE AT ALL WHEN PRESSED AND I GOT A NEW BB BUNDLE

get in touch with your carrier service people and make sure you have internet connected on your phone. or go to black berry forum and enter your phone number and you might be able to activate your bbm. hope this helps.

you need to have an active bb service to be able to use such applications (ym, facebook, twitter, bbm). it could also be possible that your software on your bold is not yet updated. try connecting it on your pc then update the software then try connecting to the messenger again.

Use the advanced options in your desktop manager under back-up and restore, then on RHS scroll to BB messenger and click clear, do a back-up and restore once complete and restore BB Messenger

Open network connections and disable your wireless connection (right click) then renable it and try to connect. What program are you using to manage your wireless connection?
If you are using your manufaturers software then try using windows xp (or vice versa)

Check whether you are getting EDGE/GPRS in upper case.Have you activated BB services,if you have already activated BB services there may be a network issue also and check whether there is a check mark in blackberry internet services(Menu-Options-Security Options-Firewall-BlackBerry Internet Service)if there is a check mark on it remove it.If you are using BIS check the default browser is Internet Explorer of if you are a BES user default browser is Blackberry Browser.Menu-Options-Advanced Options-Browser-Press menu-change Options-select the browser according to the service.

I found clicking on the 'Back' button (the left-facing green arrow at the top of the screen that says 'unable to connect ...') took me back one screen and I was connected.
