My HP Photosmart C5180 all-in-one printer won't print. Instead I get a error on the printer display that says Ink system has failed. Unable to print.
I have chatted with HP and they said it seems to be my computers problem and nothing with the printer. Then he offered me a deal to buy a new printer of the same model!
I have followed all of the troubleshooting information regarding this problem on the HP solutions site, but I keep getting this error. Does anyone know about this error?

Issue An 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel. The printer cannot copy, receive faxes, or print. Solution
Press the On button to turn the printer off.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
Remove all the ink cartridges.
Wait two minutes.
Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
Press the On button to turn the printer on.
Install the ink cartridges when prompted.
If the error code does not display, the issue is resolved. If the 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel, service the printer.
Hi! Ink System Failed is displayed becuase the printer head can not communicate with the main board of the printer and this can happen due to print head failure there is nothing you can do except repairing the printer.

The "Ink System Failure" error is causes by air in the ink feed tubes. We have a step by step guide purging the air from the feed tubes posted on our web site.
