Unplug the power adapter from the printer. The power adapter is the black box behind the printer where the power cord is attached. Leave the other end of the power cord attached to the power outlet. Bypass any surge device or power strip, plug the power cord straight to the power outlet in the wall. Properly secure the power cord in the power adapter. There should be green LED light on on the power adapter. Plug the power adapter back in the printer. Make sure it's plugged in securely and in the correct position. If it won't power on automatically, press the power button. If that doesn't help, it may be a hardware problem. If that's the case, I suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support to further investigate the problem.

Add some details.. Make sure your AC adapter is working fine.. Normally it has a LED which shows it's giving output...... If that is working you have Dead Printer Motherboard issue.. Which can be fixed if you have proper gadgets.
it is not the power adapter,if you cannot hear anything on your dell then your motherboard is the problem,you will have to get it replaced.once you replace motherboard and it will be fine
take power cable and usb cable out of the printer
.hold down the on/off button for 40 seconds without cables. then plug power cable and restart ur printer.
make sure the green light on end of power cable is on. contact kodak @ 1800 421 6699 for further issues
