Could be. No battery has a lifetime forever. But perhaps you did not unplug it correct?
Try plugging it in and look if any light goes on when plugged in on the charger. You don't need it on the charger for a long time. Then unplug it an try to start it again. also check if all contacts on the Jabra and on the charge cable are clean and nothing can block the current.
The unit needs a full charge. Be certain the BT firmware and software with drivers are current. If necessary, contact the manufacturer support technician for additional assistance.
When I used this model in the past, it appears that the battery wasn't holding a charge after a year of use. I called them about it and told me that the battery wouldn't hold a charge anymore, there wasn't a battery replacement for it, and that I would have to replace it.
I believe Jabra is currently doing the support for GN. Support can be reached at this link:
I have the same exact problem... I went to the shop and replaced it and again the new one doesn't charge. F***** jabra did anyone tried to call the jabra support about this ?
I contacted Jabra and they said this problem is due to a bad internal battery. There is nothing that can be done to fix it. So I returned it to the guy who sold it to me and got my money back. Purchased another from a different vendor, and this one works great. That's the only solution!
