How to change from predictive text on my razr 3i

- Press "#"
--Once for "Numbers"
--Twice for "Wild Characters"
--Three times for "Non-Predictive Text"

when you open up to write a text message..before you type click on the menu botton,youll see the choice's..click on entry mode then go to the secondary choice

While in text you should be able to hit hash key and at the top right hand
corner see it change from abc (no pre) 123, abc Pre, &, if you select just abc, it should be off.

Predictive should be abc with a little square next to it.

go to create a message, then press the - key, go into entry setup then change primary to TAP. this then enables the function you require.

try holding either the *key or the #key until the t9 goes away,

go to your messages... then choose message setting... look for default text input and just choose iTap (i think???) just play around with your message setting...

yes its in your setting on your phone look in your message box setup. if you cant find it Ill have did out my old razor and help you again. [email protected] email me if needed

Go to Settings->Other->Text Input->Personal Dictionary or Word Completion. If you have Personal Dictionary enabled, any predictive text words you've used in the past are still stored. With Word completion on, your Razr is auto-completing words from the Personal Dictionary. If you like to type the words in yourself, letter by letter, just turn these settings off. You can also want to reset your Personal Dictionary.
