To cold reset the printer, perform the following steps:
Power off the printer.
Power on the printer while depressing both the Go and Cancel buttons. Keep the buttons depressed. The lights will begin to flash in sequence.
Release the buttons when all three lights begin to flash in unison.
The printer is now reset and ready for use.
