I purchased a GENX Scanner and was using it for the past 3 years; however when my computer was getting hang ups I had the CPU sent to the mechanics who had all drivers un installed. and window XP reinstalled and sent it back to me.

You must install the driver for the Scanner.
You can download the driver from the link below, make sure you select the model as it is not mentioned in your request and therefor provided you the link to all drivers for GenX. Make sure the scanner is powered off before installing the driver and power on only on request by the setup application (follow the on-screen instruction) http://list.driverguide.com/list/company2397/

- Stop Overclocking your CPU.
- Make sure your Heat Sink is placed properly above the processor.
- Clean the Processor fan, Heat Sink and other peripherals.
- Use High Speed fans.
- Use CPU Heat Sink Paste in the processor.
- Fix OS registry with reliable program like I always use Reginout.
- Shut down your computer at least two hour a day.

1.If VGA onboard on your Motherboard Pl try Extranal VGA cord.
2.Apply Heatsync paste Properly at CPU.
3.Check any bulch capacitors on MB.
4.check CPU Fan and change it.

The thermal paste should be cleaned off. Clean the CPU and heatsink fan with a dry cloth, which should remove the paste quite well. It is simply a viscous liquid and should not require scraping.
You should replace the thermal paste when installing the new fan. You can purchase it at your local computer supply store. Simply place a small dab of it on top of the CPU and then install the fan.
If you try to re-use the existing thermal paste, you will not get reliable heat transfer from the CPU to the fins.
