You need to check the maximum amperage the A/C units pulls and compar it to the breaker amperage. The breaker amperage needs to be greater than the A/C amperage. Also A/C's draw more than the rating when they first kick on, so a 15 amp A/C should be on a 20 amp breaker and so on.

The A/c and heating unit does not cut on anymore. What could the problem be?

Are you sure you have power? Is it 220? if so double check Circut breaker. If it's popped and pops again when you reset, unplug the unit. Try to reset again, If it pops again when you reset, you have major electrical problem call electrician. If it holds, then you have a major appliance problem that is causing the unit to "pop" the circut breaker. If it's a central unit similar diagnostics, but you can't unplug it. So call your Heating service people. It may just be your thermostat if central system, or more.if the Circut Breaker pops.

My catalina spa keeps popping the breaker and won't turn on

First, we have to establish what you mean by turn on the unit. Is the GFCI breaker set on when you try to turn the "unit" on? What are you activating to turn the "unit" on? A switch, a disconnect, a button on the topside controller, etc.? Need clarification before we proceed to diagnose. At what level do you understand electricity? Is there a licensed electrician available?

Please answer and we will take it from there. OK?

GE AEH10AMG1 was working fine a week ago. Plugged it into the same socket yesterday, and the breaker in the plug popped, and it keeps popping when we try to plug in the unit.

You have a direct short in the A/C unit probably at the compressor or your condenser fan motor. You can disconnect one component at a time to identify where it is shorting. turn power off unwire condenser fan motor secure wires so they dont touch anything plug unit in if it still pops breaker your compressor is probably bad.

HEATING UNIT IS POPPING THE 220 CIRCUIT BREAKER.

If its a resistance heater (electric heat) chances are you have a shorted out heater element. This is the most common problem with these units. You can disconnect the 220 going to the elements and turn the unit on and see if it still pops a breaker. If it don't then you know its the heater elements their selfs. If it still pops a breaker then look for a wire that go hot and shorted to either the case or another wire.
Take caution when working on 220 volt equipment as you will get shocked. You should never touch anything inside the unit unless you have pulled the power to it (Turned it off via breaker or plug or what ever means it has to connect the unit to the household electric.).
Hope that helps you.

I open the box and plug the unit into any outlet, the outlet's circuit breaker pop-off within a minute. I turned the knob to off position before plugging into outlet, and the circuit breaker still pop...

There is something wrong with the unit, it should not trip the breaker.
You are going to have to send it back.

I tried to see how many amps the unit draws, but there website is poor
and I don't even see a way to get the manual if you needed one.

if so then you need to see if the unit turns free, try running the m/c disconnected from the pump unit,my guess is that your drive motor bearings or internal windings are at fault
