My motherboard ecs elite p4m800pro m2 cant detect 1 gig memory,, please help

    thanks for the help,, my motherboard actually detects the memory,, but only 512mb, the size of my memory is 1gb.. my question is how can i use the whole 1gb??thanks in advance!!!

ECS Nforce4-a939 ram detection issue
Some people don't like links as a solution, but the subject is more complicated than just a few lines of text, By chance do you have a killer graphics card with 1 gig of memory (which in turn overwrites the 4 gigs of system memory when mapped. 4-1=3) Give this a read:
