Radio stop working al i get is hissing sound

The code for your radio is 9004

Call your local ford dealer serial no. model no. and reg of the car and they can get it for you. If you have the owners manual pack for the car there will an audio book in this normally front or back cover there will be a small white stick on label with the code or also in the service record book

When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect it again, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your car radio.
The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. If you do not have this code you need to go to your Ford service centre and get them to enter this code for you.

either window button or motor gone is ther any noises at all from the door cards like a thumping noise or is it dead all together but sounds like motor to me as a fuse would knock both sides off

Check the cable that you use when connecting to the car...its the only thing that changed. if not the cable then its the jack on the radio. use a different cable or take it to a different radio

Hi i would like a code for my ford fiesta 4500 RDS E.O.N radio my serial number is M024086

The radio SERIAL NUMBER will be required for calculating a code

On some radios, pressing Buttons 6 and 1 or 6 and 2 (together) may display a Serial Number.

If not , then remove the radio from the dashboard.


Then post the radio make model plus all the letters numbers on any labels,barcodes or stamped in the metal casing.

This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated
