Can no longer get adobe flash player to work on my computer

Just follow this procedure

Go to filehippo.com type flash player in the search there ...now in the search result you will see adobe flash non ie download that it will work for firefox

You can download and install the latest Adobe player from this link, just click HERE and proceed with the download and once done continue with the installation.

You probably need the newest version of Adobe Flash Player for those websites.

Yes, I read where you downloaded it, but there is a flaw.

Adobe Flash Player will NOT uninstall the old version. Therefore it won't use the new version until the old version is removed. Adobe Flash Player does Not remove the old version automatically. (As many other programs do)

YOU have to manually remove the old version, before you can install the new version.

Go to the bottom of the page.
Under the heading Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller, you will see Tech Note in blue.
Click on it.

To the right of number 1, click on the blue - uninstall_flash_player.exe
I would set it so that it goes to your desktop screen. Much easier to find.

After the file has downloaded, go to your desktop screen.
Double-click right on the file name.
Install it.

Now run the file.
Restart your computer.
Go back to the Adobe Flash Player Support Center, and download the latest version.
Install it.
Restart your computer.

The reason is you need to update flash player- when you upgraded to internet explorer 8, the plugin for internet explorer no longer worked. To fix this, go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and redownload the flash player.

downloading takes time because sometime there is not enough memory on the computer, so buffering is longer

sometimes the server you are downloading from is slow.

If you are talking about Adobe Flash Player, you need to get the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller from adobe.com. After you uninstall it,resrart your computer then reinstall the Adobe Flash Player.

• Reset your browser, Delete cookies and temps and close your browser.
• Open the Brower like Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etx..
• Click to Download flash player unistaller( if flash player or plugins installed)
• Close the browser again and reopen it
• Download the latest flash player from this link.http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=DXLUJ
• Install and Restart the browser again.

try to uninstall the adobe flash player installed on your computer and try to clean your computer using tuneup utilities or such. what you have to do is get rid of anything that is related to adobe on your system first. then restart your computer and later...re-install adobe flash player. this might be due to a malfunctioned program driver issue on your computer.
