You probably need the newest version of Adobe Flash Player for those websites.
Yes, I read where you downloaded it, but there is a flaw.
Adobe Flash Player will NOT uninstall the old version. Therefore it won't use the new version until the old version is removed. Adobe Flash Player does Not remove the old version automatically. (As many other programs do)
YOU have to manually remove the old version, before you can install the new version.
Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller.
http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.htmlYep. Same place as the Adobe Flash Player new version.
Adobe Flash Player Support Center.
Go to the bottom of the page.
Under the heading Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller, you will see Tech Note in blue.
Click on it.
Or this is the page it takes you to. (I just wanted you to see how to find it)
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.htmlTo the right of number 1, click on the blue - uninstall_flash_player.exe
I would set it so that it goes to your desktop screen. Much easier to find.
After the file has downloaded, go to your desktop screen.
Double-click right on the file name.
Install it.
Now run the file.
Restart your computer.
Go back to the Adobe Flash Player Support Center, and download the latest version.
Install it.
Restart your computer.
Let me know how that works in a Comment.
