If u are using dial up modem for net then it is because of conflicts between the drivers!! reinstall the drivers and check BIOS configurations!!
if using LAN then see lan card drivers!!

I DONT HAVE INTERNET DRIVERS

you will need to open up your network connections

click start control panel network connections this may vary depending on your operating system look for local area connection if you see a red X or a yellow exclamation or question mark ! ?

you will need to update or install the driver

click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to network adapters should see a yellow question / exclamation mark? ! or a red X right click install drivers

the driver might be on the disc supplied by your ISP internet service provider
or the motherboard disc or you might download one if you dont have on a disk

if you dont have either of these disk a you will need to use a computer with an internet connection to download the appropriate driver
download the driver to a portable usb drive then install it from the usb drive

if these driver packages aren't right

How can i get get bluetooth driver for intel dg41rqi motherboard for windows7 and windows xp

Greetings - There is no Bluetooth built into the motherboard, so I can't imagine what drivers you are referring to? Perhaps you are referring to a Bluetooth device you want to use with the board? If so you would have to get the drivers from the device manufacturer.
The full spec sheet for the board is located here:
