My juki ddl-555on-7 just decided it won't turn on. Any suggestions? I checked all the fuses and yes it's plugged in! Everything is connected. Hasn't been touched since I last used it a few days ago and it worked just fine. Bizarre!

I just had the same thing happen with my ddl-5550-6. The computers/machoes are known to go out in them randomly. Its caused from leaving machine running when not in use and just old age. mine was sewing one minute and dead the next. I called Atlas Levi out of California. He was a bit slow but, forr 225.00 I have a brand new computer and a 6month no questions asked guarentee from him and Juki. All together it took 3 and a half weeks to get my machine back but, it works like brand new once again and he even called after recieving new computer to give me step by step instruction on reconnecting it, and a few days after that called again to make sure all was well. Good customer service is hard to find these days so for him to make that extra effort erased the fact that he told me a week and it was much longer. his number is 213-892-0995. Also before I called him I was told by several diffrent repaire men that the machine was un repairable and that I needed to just buy a new one.
