Hi there, your phone is experiencing a signal problem or a line problem you should try using another phone to see if the problem will remain if does remain this mean its a problem with the phone line but if the problem go away this mean the phone antenna need to repair or replace.

The manual for the KX-TGA430B is available on the product support page: http://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/KX-TGA430B.html . However, I think you need the manual for the base unit, in addition to the information from your telephone provider. For example, this handset works with the KX-TG4321B. Dial tone sounds very distant. phone rings when i answer they cant hear me i can't hear them.this happened after my electric power went out and came right back.
unplug base station and phone line plug them both back in and recheck if still the same a voltage spike burnt your phone.

No link to base
It sounds like you may be getting interferance from somewhere. Try moving the base unit to another location. Avoid putting by other electronics. T.V.s, microwaves, and such can mess with the signals. Hope this helps Good Luck!

Phone keeps dropping calls
Same issue here. Have you checked the battery? I found out that on mine the battery was leaking and corroding the contacts. Need to call Panasonic to find out if they can do something (about 5 month old phone)

One handset works, the other displays
Pull the battery out of the afoul unit. Let sit for 5 min. Put battery back in unit and set it in the base unit.

Semi Dead Panasonic KX-TGA100N with ''C533'' displayed.

I just purchased a optional accessory handset model kx-tga430b to go with base unit kxtg4321b. instructions say to hold handset on locator for 4 seconds then press ok, unit will register then signal. unit...
I returned he item to the store and got my money back.
