This is a direct-drive washer and the part that usually leaks is pump which is directly coupled to the rear spline o the drive motor. The cabinet is removed for access to the machine parts instead of the back panel. You have to replace the pump if it is leaking.

Remove the screws securing the console to the rear of the machine then pull forward and up on the console and lay it back on the hinges.

Replace the pump in reverse of the removal steps. Bring the cabinet to the front of the washer
then slide the front bottom rail of the cabinet under the rail at the
    base
of the machine then lay down the cabinet into position. Make sure the
slots in the cabinet sit into the tabs at the base of machine.

    Secure
    the

cabinet to the back of the machine with the two retaining clips.
Inset the clips into the slots on the back of the machine then push it
down into position to the slots on the cabinet.

    Reconnect the lid
switch wiring harness connector and reinstall the console.

Roper washer is leaking above the motor.

Main gasket and seal on the bottom of the machine. You will need to replace the drum gasket and the bearing seal.

Roper washer leaks when filling

It's in the drain hose somewhere, during the fill the water gets as deep in the drain hose as it does in the washer, during the wash the pump runs in reverse keeping the water level in the hose low, during the drain the hose is filled again.
Prop the washer up in front on a couple bricks or boards, start putting in water until it starts to leak and take a peak under the machine.
