Have a Mitsubishi Medallion HD 1080 Model WS-48413 which won't turn on. When I push the power button on the remote or on the tv itself, a green light comes on for a moment and a clicking sound is heard to the back left side of the unit, before powering off. Does it even after unplugging set and trying different outlet.

when the led is flashing does it flash a two digit error code? Let me know I should be able to help you with it.

Resistor no R5A73 is a carbon film 10K ohm 1/4 watt 5% resistor. I would suggest getting the service manual as it will break down the xray protection circuit and make it easier to find the problem. Watching the Masters and the top part of the tv the color went out it shows green and purple and top half shows double vision...
