How long have you removed these files off form your recorder? Have you saved any new file on this recorder since then?
In fact, the deleted files are still on this recorder after the deletion and become invisible and inaccessible. But, they are also fragile and can be easily overwritten by anything new on the same recorder. So, I hope you've not erase anyone of them with anything else.
But, in order to make them invisible and inaccessible again, you need a file data recovery freeware that can easily help retrieve all your removed files back from this recorder:

Next time, you should be never so careless about your files and learn a lesson to back up them well in the future.

YES, it is definitely possible to recover such kind of files deleted from your Olympus recorder.

First things first: DO NOT take any more videos or audio with the recorder that you want to recover files from in case you may quite possibly ruin your chances of voice memo file recovery.

Then connect your recorder to a PC with a recovery program installed. Photo Recovery Software (also recover Voice memos, audio and video files) is right what you need to use if you are running Windows. If you are Mac OS X users, turn to Data Recovery for Mac.

But you should remember - the more you use your recorder, the less likely you may be able to recover the deleted files back! So STOP using the device ASAP. I hope this will help. Best regards!

Yes, those voice recordings can be recovered provided not overwritten(if you keep taken more records, then possible). The best way is to try some audio recovery software. Here are some for your option. Both programs can also recover videos and photos.

I delete file`s that i still needed
you can't recover files that may have been permanently deleted, unless the device has a Recycle Bin like a desktop computer.However, there are certain devices that come with a .trashes folder where deleted files are stored. yuo can recover them through that.

How do I recover a recording deleted accidentally from Sansa e250
It is possible to recover your lost recordings.

First things first: DO NOT take any more recordings with the MP3 that you want to recover records from in case you may quite possibly ruin your chances of recovery.

Then Connect the MP3 to your computer as it should appear as a "Removable Drive" or put the card in a card reader attached to your PC.

Next, if you are comfortable with using a PC then you can download a data recovery utility that will recover your recordings with Wondershare Recovery Software from the following link:

Video Audio Photo Recovery (if you are running Windows OS)
Mac Data Recovery (from MacUpdate site)

Do NOT try & write anything back to your MP3 until you can recover your recordings safely!
