Your only option is to get it flashed from a Service center or from a Mobile Repairing shop. There's no other solution, and moreover if it's "cpu" or "power ic" problem, hoping to get it repaired is very less. First flash it, then you'll know the outcome if it's hardware or firmware problem.
In case it's firmware or software related, it'll be Ok after flashing.
