Poor resolution with horizontal lines

Hi you have a bad Sensor on your A95 and will need replacement. There is nothing you
can do to resolve this problem accept to replace your Sensor or replace your entire Lens Assembly w/CCD. You can also find parts online from places such as Ebay for A95 Sensor

If it is Canon A95 camera then it has problem of bad ccd Image and needs to be replaced that part.
