I have a Canon Powershot A95. There seems to be a problem with the lcd image after the shot is taken. It has a poor "purple looking" resolution with horizontal lines. It came up after I was changing settings. I figured I must have changed something by accident and now whatever I change- it remains the same with horizontal lines on the pic. Is there a simple fix on functions or settings perhaps? thanks
This is known problem of ccd imager chip failure in Canon A95 camera, ccd imager chip will be replaced to get clear picture. It was coincidence that problem occurred at same time when you did some settings but it is not setting problem.
Canon offers free of cost ccd imager replacement.

I have a Canon A95 camera, and have researched my recent image problems and it appears to be the ccd imager chip. How do I get this replaced?
