There is a small hole at the rear side through which you can insert a small pin to press for 5 seconds to reset the device. try this on and reset. if not connect to a PC and open files for detecting any corrupt ones, and delete them. save only the scanned files back to the ipod. helpful? Good day

SanDisk Sansa Express 2 GB MP3 Player (Black), battery status states 14% critically low....what does it mean and what actions should I suppose to do?

You need to charge the battery so you can continue playing your MP3player.
Connect the supplied USB cable into the player and then plug it into the USB port of your computer. The computer will charge up the MP3 player and you can also copy mp3 music and photos etc to the MP3 player.

My Sansa fuze is frozen! Help! It was connected to a laptop computer. I shut down the computer & THEN disconnected the fuze & now the fuze appears to be frozen....nothing at all happens when I push...

In order to solve this problem you have to push the 'off' switch toward the power button. Hold it for roughly about 10 seconds and it will automatically shut off. Hope this helps =)

When I try to turn it on it won't turn on.

Hold the switch On and hold the Menu button when you connect it to the computer. There is no record button on this model.

Couldn´t connect SanDisk Sansa e250 to Computer

I don't know what to tell you, but since nobody else is helping. Make sure that you've got the mp3 player plugged into a usb port.

Oh, and hopefully you're running XP or Vista. Sandisk requires it.
