Manual backtack lever works but electronic servo backtack only engages when machine is at rest with needle in up position.

at normal case needle bar must be in upper position because DDL-8700/7 does not equipped with needle feed. for your problem please check back tack solenoid open and close when you make back tack ( sometimes it was jammed and need to move by hand ).

regarding JUKI LK-1903B Eror E7:
1-Machine lock error ( The main shaft of the sewing machine does not rotate due to some troubles ). please check if machine rotate smoothly by hand or not.
2-main motor problem ( AC servo motor problem ) motor part No.:401-38137.
3- check connection CN-15 / CN-17 from SDC board to main motor.
4 - problem in SDC servo board ( No output for main motor ). SDC servo board part No.:401-42267.

Juki Bar Tack Machine Cutter not working

I can't help. But I would recommend calling your local Juki Dealer for the name of a good repairman. Juki's are expensive you don't want to be futzing about if you aren't an expert.

How to set timing and bobbin in my juki ddl-555

hi there
when you need to set timing please first make sure height of needle bar is ok. there's two mark at needle bar, the upper one is for height of needle bar: bring the needle bar at lowest position and in this case the upper mark must be equal with lower needle bar bushing.
second : set timing
move hand machine pulley at the same rotation and when the lower mark equal with lower needle bar pushing the tip of hook must be at the center of needle groove and just light touch not hit. that's all

My needle broke and I tried changing it, but don't remember if the pine hole goes in the front or the side. I have changed it both ways but still not sewing right. I don't have a manual. I am sorry my...

if you want user manual please go to www.juki.com under industerial sewing machine you can download instruction manual. concern how to attach needle i tell you ther is to saide long groove must be at ur left hand not front or rear and please remember any machine from which said u threading u must attach the needle with long groove in the same said u threading the machine.

THREADING FOR JUKI MO 357

Put new needles in it.

Following the colors, thread the upper looper first, then the lower looper. Next thread the needles. Always thread in this order.
