Hello sir, hi, YOU DON'T bridge no more speakers, this upsets the impedance load of the amp. to install another sub-woofer, get another amplifier. You may have damaged your power amplifier, If you experience repeated fuse blows, your power amplifier is now SHORTED. This needs IC amplifier replacement.
It depends on where you lose the sound, no sound from speakers? no audio line out?
The amplifier circuits are on the main board. You should try hooking up a powered PC speakers to the audio line out to see if you get the sound, if you do, then the power amplifiers are bad (it is a single IC Class D dual amplifiers, IC U54 on the main board)
Hi Technitronics
Can you not just take the lid off the unit or is the chip missing?
