We have a Toshiba DKT 3007-50 system. Does anyone know how to turn off the ringer to one of the system's extensions? I can turn the ringer volume up and down, but not off.

From main console phone (lowest extension number i.e. x100) pick up handset and dial following codes:
For Time: Press "Intercom" and the numbers 652 enter the time in military format HHMMSS (HH=hours in 24hr clock, MM=minutes, SS=seconds) press "Redial".
the reason the message button is calling another extension is because that extension turned your message light on. to turn off the message light either press the msg button and have the extension answer the call or press intercom #409. You'll have to that for each message recieved til the light goes out.
You have a newer generation CTX or CIX system and this must be done through system programming and requires extensive knowledge, should have your dealer program this, can usually be done remotely. Here is the admin programs and guides http://guides.idacomusa.com/
Sounds like the station is in do not disturb mode.Internal, external and transfered calls do not ring but the station can still make calls. there should be a lit button on the set maybe marked do not disturb or DND. press the button again to turn the led off. hope that helps
while the call is on the line, press the greeting button, when you hear the voice press9, then the extension + pound (i.e., greeting, voice, 9, extension, # ) hope this helps.
do all of the lines appear on all the extensions? if so, the procedue is fairly complicated, you need to go into the programming on port 05, then go into program 04 and get all of the port numbers for each extension, then in program 81-89 you need to select each when you want the co to ring, in either day 1,2 or 3, and complete for each co line that you want to ring
Usually the operator's extension is the programming extension. Ext 200 is the default operator's extension.
You dial 200 and it rings a phone line not an individual phone? Do you know what your extension numbers are? (Some people never use them and do not know) If you do know some or all of your extensions, what is the lowest extension number?
For me to get you specific information, it would help to know which Toshiba phone system you have. (Not a phone) The systems all program differently. Did you obtain the manual recently and are you sure it is the correct manual for your specific Toshiba system? Again, the system is not a phone and your phone's model number does not narrow it down. All the Toshiba phone systems have a name and number on the front cover. Example: "Toshiba Strata DK 280"
