Transmission problem I have a 2004 Silverado 2500HD crewcab 6.6.As I travel down the highway at 110km/hr-120 the truck will get a dead fuel peddle, like the engine has stalled.So as I coast to around 90km/hr the engine will reve and I will have the fuel peddle again but jerky slugish and will only excellerate to 102km/hr If I try to go faster the whole think starts again. Can anyone help?

If you mean a 100 mph, then that is perfectly normal. They are making engines with governors inside so a person cant try to outrun the police. Mine will get up to 100 and lose all engine power till the speed drops back down to 97. Then the engine kicks back in again.

try priming the fuel filter, ther is a pump and bleed scew above the filter, pump a few times hold the pump down open screw and se what comes out air or diesel? keep doing this until its diesel

2004 Silverado 2500HD Crewcab - Heater/AC fan only works on Hi number 5. I suspect the switch bad. Anyone else have the problem?

This will not be the switch itself it will be the blower motor resistor itself.These vehicles have had a notorious tsb for these resistors doing this.This resistor is located right next to the blower motor on the evaporator box.It's on the pass front side right below the dash.I hope I could help...rate me accordingly
