Nonsense. The router uses DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) to obtain (only!) one IP-address from your I.S.P. Each IP-address comes with a "lease", i.e., "use this IP-address for the next NN hours, and after that time, send a request to 'renew' the IP-address for another NN hours". This should(!) happen automatically -- without a need to restart the router.
So, if only the two "wireless" laptops are having the problem, the problem is inside the router.
Connect to the web-server "inside" the router, and look at the "status" web-page, and then the "log-files" web-page, to see what error-messages have been recorded.
