You have not provided proper details about your sim network locking. you must provide carrier name and country where mobile is network locked. Then you can generated carrier network sim unlock code from mobile imei number. It will generate four kind of code. NCK is your network imei unlock code.

a carrier is your service provider for mobile phones (examples are virgin mobile, at&t, t mobile, verizon, sprint, cricket, etisalat and etc...) if you don't know your provider/carrier, you can find out by looking at the screen of your phone, the name of the provider is either at the center of the screen, at the top left or right near the notifications tool bar, at the bottom (depending on your settings)
once you already know your carrier, here are your options on how to contact them:
1. if you have a sim card, the customer service number of your service provider is usually saved there and you call/dial that number using your handyphone or landline.
2. or here are some customer service numbers for you: at&t: 1-800-331-0500 or 611 from your wireless phone sprint: Call *2 (from your sprint mobile phone) or 888-211-4727 (Sprint phones) or 800-639-6111 (Nextel phones) t-mobile: Get in touch, free of charge: Just dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone or call 1-877-453-1304. Dial *567# and press Call key, a menu will appear and then select your choice, you will get 2 messages from airtel with request confirmation, you will get settings message from airtel, open the message and save the settings.

What mobile carrier do you use? Depending on the mobile carrier, the access settings are a little different.

The link I'm posting here is for T-Mobile. The basic steps will be the same, but the MMSC URL and MMS Proxy & Port would be different depending on which carrier you're using.

This phone must be made for use on T-Mobile or Cingular/AT&T? Cell phone companies don't want you using their phones with other carriers if you decide to switch. They figure this will keep you from switching. A t-mobile phone will only work with a t-mobile sim card. Same with Cingular. When you put in a sim chip from another carrier, the phone wants a password so you can use it. But you have to get the password from the carrier that sold the phone to use another carrier. There are ways to get this code if you want it.
