Your required FBT is available in Part Store. Check it out.

The four blinks indicate a vertical deflection problem. I would suspect either bad connections on the vertical IC or a defective IC. This IC is a small flat IC with about 9 pins or so and should be marked LA7837 or something similar. Try resoldering the pins first. If that does not resolve the problem, replace the IC.
You may also need to replace some capacitors in the circuit, but try the IC first and keep us updated.
