- Program 'WIC Reset Utility' can only be reset ink Level empty marked with a 'FUN'.
- After WIC Reset Utility open, select type of your epson printer.
- Then click on 'Reset Inks' and then click YES and now Click Done.

Please re-install the drivers, and follow the instructions as given, you will forge ahead

If the red light is on constantly you may need to change another cartridge or reseat the new cartridge. Also try wiping the chip on the cartridge with a dry cloth.
