sounds like the ink cartridges need to be aligned and cleaned there is an alignment button or in software for this

With mine, the bottom half of all the lines is missing...trouble shoot doesn't even address the issue..help!
The print quality is bad. Either the top half or bottom half of the lines are not showing.... making it impossible to read the document. If it needs to be cleaned, I do not know how.
Same problem here, top half of some of the line are blank. However have done all maintenance, installed new ink cart., still the same problem.
When using the copier part, I have no problem, it prints just fine. Only when trying to print a document from a computer program. Could it be the USB cable? Sometimes I have to re-boot the printer if it hasn't bveen used within the last couple of hours it just makes a clicking sound when I try to print a document. After turning it off, waiting for 15 seconds, turning it back on the printer starts.
