E002/E000/E003/E261/E733: due to AC line noise.
Description
E002/E000/E003/E261/E733 occur due to AC line noise. If the above error codes are frequently recorded in the error log, they might concern AC line noise.
Cause
When the machine tries to detect a Zero-cross signal of AC line, it will fail if a noise occurred around the zero-cross point. Since the fixing temperature is controlled based on the zero-cross signal, there is a possibility that the fixing temperature could not rise properly if a noise occurs several times.
Field Remedy
Replace the Switching Regulator PCB ***'y with a new one. 120V: FH3-2613 220V/240V: FH3-2614 The circuit has been modified to resist a noise.
REMEDY
Caution Press (* then 2 and 8 together then *)you are in service mode monitor:To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
