I need the manufacture code for the panasonic PV-V4624S VCR so i can set it up through my dish network receiver. It should be a 3 digit code.

Try these codes, If they don't work there will be instructions for a Power Scan as well this should resolve this!
Codes: 734,856,855,868,869,870,871,872,873,882,813,765,840,841,639,699,663,714,715,716.
Power Scan:
1.) Press and hold the correct VCR button (about six seconds) until all mode button backlights come on, then release.
2.) Press 222 pound (#) then record three times.
3.) With the desired equipment on, press and hold the VCR/DVD button until all mode button backlights illuminate (about 3 seconds), then release.
4.) Press and release the Power button.
5.) Press the Up button once a second while pointing the remote at the desired equipment. If the code for the equipment comes up, the equipment will power off.
6.) Press the POUND (#) button. If the code entered is valid for the remote, the mode light flashes three times.
To verify the code works try several different functions for that equipment.

Need coades for memorex

It depends on what remote you are trying to program to the Memorex MVR4040 VCR.

Almost every remote control2_bing.gif that is used today can be found at:

http://www.remotecentral.com/search.htm

Enter the model number of the remote you need codes for in; 2.Search For Downloadable Files.
Once you see the remote you are using click on View Details, click on Download File.
Find the code for your device and program the universal remote control as indicated by the manufacturer.

Dish Pro record code for Mag combo

ZNREL, I've done this with Dish Pro before. Setup the Dish remote to control the Mag combo in the VCR position. Press the SAT button and select the guide. Go to the program in the guide and select it. The "record this program" routine should pop up, set it up. Here's the key, make sure the Dish remote has the VCR button selected and that the remote is placed where it can "see" the Mag combo. At the set time, the Dish remote will change the DishPro to the proper channel and then issue s "record" command via infrared to the Mag combo to start recording. DishNet has all of the device codes to their remotes downloadable from their site.
