The cause of a “STUCK KEY” error message on the Basic or Advanced consoles. A stuck key error is displayed when one or more keys on the console or activity zone remain actuated for more than 45 seconds. SOLUTION Recycle the power. If the key remains stuck, the console will display “PLEASE WAIT” until the stuck key error is displayed again. Determine the stuck key. Replace the console if the problem is a key on the console.
