Mcdevito75 here, I hope you have a warantee with the watch, even if you don"t contact Luminox watch with this problem, Hold onto that broken piece off the watch. Problem is the case is 1 solid piece, the watch company will want to see the broken case and piece offf the watch, hopefully they might figire a defect in the case cause the piece to break off and replace the case for you for FREE, I doubt it BUT, you never know.

My watch broke and the main link piece that connects the band to the watch is missing how do i replace that piece to my watch my arm feels bare without my watch.

Hello collay1,

I understand what you mean.. You can just go to any watch repair center and they should have a spare part of what you need. Many people have had that kind of problem.

Goodluck!

How is the case dimention of a wrist watch measured......what is all is included?

If you are looking to purchase a new watch, you have likely seen that there is a measurement for the watch case. This does not mean the box which contains the watch. The watch case is the space between the two arms that extend above and below the watch where the band attaches. The end of the band will fit in between the watch case. You will need to know this measurement both in purchasing a new watch and in looking for a replacement band. Often, watch makers give this number in millimeters, and for that reason, you will need to use a metric ruler to make the measurement.
jQuery('.intro .thumbnail').each(function(i,e){ jQuery(e).find('img').one('error',function(){ jQuery(e).remove(); }); });
  1. Find the watch case. It is the space where the end of the band attaches to the watch face. Refer to the image for a picture of the location of the watch case.
  2. Using the metric ruler, measure the distance from the inside of one of the arms to the inside of the other arm. Watch makers use the inside measurement when creating their watches, not the distance from the outer edges of the arms.
  3. Write down the measurement on the piece of paper. Measure the other watch case, but they should both be the same measurement.
jQuery('.article ol .image').each(function(i,e){ var $this = jQuery(this); $this.find('img').error(function(){ jQuery(this).remove(); $this.remove(); }); });

The clasp broke from my Fossil watch. Can the

mcdevito75 here, Without seeing the watch it"s hard to tell, but I would figure the clasp could be repaired, but the cost may equal a new band and clasp. Look for a small watch repair shop in your area and compare repair cost of the clasp with that of a new band.

The watch was given to my Dad as a gift, the band has now broke four times?? Would like to just purchase a new band or have one sent as a replacement. What are my options.

Depending on your location you will most likely have several options. I would go with an after market band from Speidel or Bariloche. These can be found at most watch/jewelery repair shops. Wear and tear items such as this arent usually covered by manufacturers warranty to going local with give you added piece of mind just in case of future problems.
