My blackberry bold wont charge no light comes on just completely dead could it be a faulty battery

Could either be a faulty battery, power supply or phone. If you've got a local phone shop nearby take it in and see if they could give it a quick test

Have you tried plugging the BlackBerry is different outlets or tried a different USB cord?

Does the BlackBerry show a charging symbol or is the LED flashing red or green?

First u plug in your mobile phone with charger and wait for atleast 1 hour your battery is fully discharge

15 to 26 hours may be more time of wall charge.

try to restart first to factory settings if not work buy a new battery

1. It could be a dead battery. Try replacing your battery with one you are sure is working. Ask a friend who has a working Blackberry of the same make and model, if you can use their battery to test your Blackberry.
2. If your Blackberry doesn't respond to a working battery, it may be a damaged power supply. At this point, your blackberry needs repair or replacement. If it is still under warranty, send it back; otherwise, find a blackberry repair shop or buy a new blackberry.

I suggest you to check the battery status.
If the battery is not charged completely handheld does not turn on.
If the battery is fully charged and still the phone is unable to turn on, then check with the other battery.

Inspite of that you are facing the same problem, visit the outlet from where you have purchased the handheld to service.

did you try the car charger,wall charger might be faulty,if that does'nt pan out,might need new battery

I have the same problem with my Blackberry 8120, died this morning, will not switch on, no red light, no charging light, completely dead... my computer does not recognise the blackberry at all so cant install any new software.. plus I need to recover all the information that is on the handheld... please help if you can....

The battery has been drained too much. You'll need to get a new battery or the battery needs to be externally charged to at least 50% externally
