Hello, I think I have somehow uninstalled my Kodak EasyShare software. I don't know how to get it back. I've tried reinstalling the software, but its not doing anything. My control panel shows that I still have Kodak, but it not the right thing.

Uninstall any existing Kodak EasyShare software. Google around for Kodak EasyShare software and include the model of your camera in the search. You may have downloaded a later or earlier version of the software that doesn't support your camera.

Kodak EasyShare software is just a photo-viewing software which isn't really necessary in case you don't know.

My Kodak EasyShare printer dock Series 3 only prints 1/2 of the picture. It has always worked fine before.

Hello,

one way or the other, someone must have change some settings on the Kodak EasyShare printer unknowing to you.

Since you do not know want was pressed to have caused this, the it would be better if you reset the printer. resetting will put the printer back to its default state. This will make the printer work fine as it has been doing before.

Or uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers. That is, detach the printer cord from your computer, uninstall the Kodak EasyShare printer dock Series 3 software, restart your computer and reinstall the software back just as you did when you first installed the printer to your computer.

This will help to rectify this problem.

Good luck.

Kodak Z730 no longer uploads pictures to computer from Easyshare printer dock Series 3 or directly from camera to computer using USB cable

The problem that you describe indicates that your Kodak EasyShare software has somehow become corrupted. Uninstall the software (use the uninstall feature, not just delete) then download and install the current software from the kodak.com web site (this is a no-cost download). That should cure the problem, but if it doesn't I suggest that you contact Kodak customer service via their web site.

Kodak Easyshare 5300 launches MS Word when i attempt to print

Hate to ask the obvious but; do you have any antivirus software running?
And, when you say 'complete restore and reinstall,' did you do the restore from the files on the D: partition or from CD/DVD? The latter procedure may be reinstalling the problem too.
As much as it pains me to write this, if I had all the necessary disks, I would reformat the drive, a full reformat, not a 'quick' one. I hope you have your personal files backed up and that the 'problem' didn't get backed up with them.
I've not read of a virus that does this specific kind of chaos but I also can't think of anything other than a nasty bug that could do this.

Can not load kodak easyshare software can't get pictures from camera

It sounds like the software didn't install properly, uninstall the easyshare software and reinstall it. If it still doesn't load properly, then it could be a corrupt disc. Go to Kodak's support site and download the software there. I have a Kodak and I know that once you register the camera with Kodak at their site you are eligible for their software, software updates, and support. The last time I had to replace my hard drive, I had to go to Kodak and download the easyshare software and updates.
