well check the output module, try to check and test the 120k resistor.

You will need to replace your two convergence I.C.s.They are two large IC mounted on a large aluminum heat sink.Replace both,look for any burned resistors near them,replace those if needed,and readjust your convergence. Good Luck

Does not sound like the chips are bad.
What you need to adjust is "SKEW". You need to enter "service Mode" then go into "Coarse Convergence". Skew can be adjusted for all 3 colors. Unless you have the service manual, these corrections should not be attempted.

To clean the INSIDE of the screen, you really have to disassemble the TV. Remove all the screws that hold the "back" ( the piece with the mirror) to the front (screen) assembly.
The screen can be cleaned with a solution of diluted isopropyl alcohol, no more than a 50% solution. Drugstores will carry it, but it might be 70%-90%. Just dilute with distilled water (not tap water as it contains minerals). Personally I have used 70% with no ill side effects but 50% is recommended.

These sets need to have all three colors - RED - BLUE - GREEN - lined up correctly on the screen in order for the picture to look normal. When its out of alignment the video will look 3-D, wavy, distorted, etc. Most of the time you just need to adjust your convergence in the menu. If you cannot adjust it in the menu - then your convergence is broken and needs to be repaired.

your tv is under convergence problem usually we need to replace 2 big integrated circuits in the convergence section, at this point you may need a good tech to come over to your home
