Okay... you probably know what restarting your computer means.. When they tell you to restart your browser, that simply means that you have to get out of the browser you are working in. In your case, it appears that you're using Safari. In my case, for example, it would be Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. If you simply close down and get out of ALL of your active windows, and then reopen Safari or whatever you're working on, that should do it. If things don't seem to work how they're supposed to, you can always just restart the whole computer. That way, you KNOW you've restarted your browser.
To restart you browser: Close it and open it again. To completely restart your browser: Restart your PC and open the web browser again. To refresh a webpage: press Fn+F5 or F5 depending on your PC and Settings. To completely refresh a page: press Ctrl+F5
1. restart browser (internet explorer, firefox, or other browser). - If you leave the browser open for too long sometimes the videos do not play because of a software problem.
2. restart computer - sometimes restarting browser is not enough. you need to try restarting pc
3. if all else fails, try going to adobe.com and download the "flash player" again to make the movies start again. use this address for the flash player: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Updates are available if the wrench icon on the browser toolbar shows a little arrow . To apply the update, just follow the steps below.
Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
Select Update Google Chrome.
In the confirmation dialog that appears, click Restart. The
browser saves your opened tabs and windows and reopens them
automatically when it restarts. If you'd prefer not to restart right
away, click Not now. The next time you restart your browser, the update will automatically be applied.
I don't know if i understand your question but restart your browser means closing internet explorer or firefox or google chrome internet browsers. Just close the one you have then open it again just like when you want to go on the internet.
Close it and reopen it. That's what we call Restart in regards to browser. Sometimes if a plugin like Adobe Flash player is installed, it restarts itself once we click the warning message "Ok".
