Seems all five of them might require some simple maintnance work, if the take is caught in the unit, philips suggests to contact a repairman.
It seems like a simple malfunction in the units, most likely easyly repairable by the user (you) Il see If I can get my hands into a service manual, if they cost I wont be able to get them for you.

These units are not to hard to work on. If you have a proprietory knowledge of mechanical devices, then this should be an interesting challenge for you. I can help you sort it out. If you got 5 to muck around with, then lets go:)
