The error code 0x80070643 is related to Windows Updates (here, updates for Framework), therefore I suppose that your computer is not up to date and that the Zune Software is having problems to be installed due that.



So, for resolving this issue, there are two steps that I'd suggest you to follow:

Are you installing SP3 for SQL 2005 Standard or Express editions?

According to Microsoft, the standard edition will not work on XP Home.
